Initiate Return Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to provide your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all ceiling tiles or wall panels are packed securely in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of each carton, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Verification and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials for resale quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
